Detroit: Become Human is a game set in a future where android robots have reached the pinnacle of their intelligence. Human-made intelligent robots are employed at all levels of society and life without them seems meaningless. Their only duty is to serve humanity, but they soon decide to stand up to humans.
The game has a third-person perspective and the story begins when the servant robot, Marcus, returns home with his owner and discovers that a robbery has taken place. Before the police arrive, Marcus abandons all his plans when confronted by the criminal and turns into an unhealthy robot with complete independence, which causes the police to shoot him. When Marcus wakes up again, he finds himself in an android garbage dump. After escaping from there, he joins a robot camp. This is where the decision to revolt against humans is made. By disobeying humans, they attract the attention of other robots.
You can choose from a variety of characters, each with their own story; and your decisions at each stage affect the future of the game. The main characters of the game: Connor, an advanced android police officer tasked with hunting down unhealthy androids; Kara, a robot who has escaped from her factory to regain consciousness; Marcus, an android seeking freedom from human slavery.
The game's graphics are extraordinary, so much so that when a preview of Kara's character was released in 2012, everyone was waiting for the release of this game. In addition to the characters, the game environment also has a strong and highly detailed design. The game was developed by Quantic Dream Studio and the full version of the game was released for the PlayStation 4 console by Sony Interactive Entertainment in May 2018. It was also announced that all Quantic Dream games, including Detroit: Become Human, would be released for PC , and on December 12, 2019, this game was also released for PC.
